We make all of our syrups, almond milk, and chai in house along with our brownies and pimento cheese spread (Best in Colorado - according to Steve)

We also have a daily selection of pastries and quiche from The French Kitchen in Colorado Springs, Gluten-free breads, muffins and scotcharoos from Taste of Life in Monument, and burritos from Bonfire Burritos in Golden.

“Ok, I did not expect to find in Monument a higher-end coffee selection than I often find in LA or NYC. You can tell these folds are coffee nerds. Very high quality beans, tons of brewing options. Not once have I ever before mentioned “tanzanian peaberry” to a barista and had them say “oh, we have that.”

House-made syrups? Who does that?!

Also great selection of pastries (including gluten-free). I desperately hope they stick around, and I’ll be coming back often.”
